The International Apostolic College of Grace and Truth was founded by Bishop Louise P. Freeman, Ph.D., D.D., Ed.D., Th.D., and is a realization of the vision that God has given to her to provide educational opportunities for people of all cultural, ethnic, and social-economic backgrounds. The International Apostolic College of Grace and Truth is accredited by the Accrediting Commission International for Schools, College, and Theological Seminaries. The college is chartered to grant certificates, diplomas, and degrees upon qualified candidates who have successfully completed the college requirements for their prescribed program of study.
